Acid resistant chemical pump is a pump cover made of engineering plastic injection molding, leak proof impeller, SUS304 or SUS316 pump shaft, sealing ring, isolation sleeve, foot seat, active magnetic rotor, motor, etc. Acid resistant chemical pumps are a common type of pump used in daily industrial wastewater treatment. After the acid resistant chemical pump is started, under the characteristic of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the inlet pipeline are stirred into a gas water mixture by the impeller. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute shell, and as the flow rate slows down, the gas water separation occurs. The air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the return hole. After 3-4 cycles, the air in the inlet pipeline is completely discharged. The acid resistant chemical pump uses magnetic repulsion support to greatly reduce the wear of the friction support ring carrying the weight and pressure of the shaft system, thereby increasing the service life and reducing maintenance compared to the previous period.
